About Me

With over 7 years of combined experience in agencies, print and as a freelancer, I’ve been lucky enough to work across a variety of different sectors in my career.

I have always had a passion for writing and creating impactful content. As a result, I went to university, where I became the Co-Editor-in-Chief of my university’s student newspaper, won a few awards and managed a 1st Class BA Hons in English Literature. I then jumped straight into work.

I spent just under 3 years in digital marketing agencies, being trained in technical SEO and copywriting, before becoming a freelancer. During the beginning of my freelance career, I worked for an internationally distributed magazine. This introduced me to the world of print and journalism. Following on from my freelance work with various international marketing agencies, I decided to pursue my dream of using my skills to make a difference.

In 2024, I completed the Development Studies MSc at the London School of Economics (with distinction for my dissertation), which led me to my current role as a DTM Associate (Reporting Analyst) for the IOM United Nations London office.

With a passion for details, reporting and creating content with meaning, my aim is to make a career writing for change.

I also speak French and do translation work.
