My time at Birkbeck doing the Economics Conversion course was intense but rewarding. The course consisted of five parts: Mathematics, Statistics, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics and Econometrics. In the space of one year, the course takes you from Year 1 to Year 3 of a BSC in Economics in these 5 core areas. Scoring a Distinction overall has given me the confidence to pursue further data analysis techniques in my spare time.
